Bushnell Park

Bushnell park is located in the center of downtown Hartford. Bushnell Park is the site of many events such as the Greater Hartford Jazz Festival and Hartford Marathon. It’s historic carousel and ice skating rink are major attractions. Bushnell Park is comprised of 50 acres and is America’s oldest publicly funded park. It was listed on the National Register of Historic places in 1970. Over one million people visit Bushnell Park each year.
